Customer: Where do I file my Court Documents?
Answer: Your documents can be filed at any local courthouse in your resident county, except for bankrupcy, these documents are filed at the nearest federal bankrupcy court house.

Customer: Will there be any additional fees after my papers have been prepared by your office?
Answer: Yes, all courthouses charge their own separate fees, which vary from under $100.00 to over $200.00, depending on the type of documents that are being filed.

Customer: Would it be possible for me to buy, fill out, and file my own documents in court?
Answer: Yes, but if there are any mistakes and or the papers are not prepared properly, the courts can reject them, causing a lot of wasted time and money on your part. If you are not completely sure on how to fill out court documents, or just don't have the time or resources to fill them out, our professional assistants are here to properly and quickly prepare them for you. We will give you step by step instructions on how to file your court documents once you receive them. We have made this procedure very simple for the customer to follow. There will be no guessing on what you do next after you receive the documents.

Customer: Do you guarantee your service?
Answer: Yes we do. All of our documents are state approved and guaranteed to be accepted, or we will give you a full refund. Since 1992, we have never faced a situation were the customer needed a refund due to improperly prepared documents.

Customer: Is your business in good standing?
Answer: We are in Excellent Standing and have no bad remarks with any Better Business Bureaus.

Customer: If I have a question, can I call your office and talk to a live person?
Answer: Yes you can. Our office hours are between 9am and 9pm Monday through Saturday. If you do not get through to our lines, either call back later in the day or leave your name and phone number, all calls will be returned as soon as possible. If you can only call us after office hours or on the weekends, that's okay. We will return your call that weekend, in the evening or at your place of work if that is what you prefer. Everything is always confidential!
